Server is unreachable

The server is unreachable, check internet connection, click on ‘check’ button to verify the license server is reachable, disable your Antivirus and firewall for tests

Your internet connection is unstable

Your PC internet connection is unstable, please provide a better connection

Telemetry connection is unstable

The telemetry is not trasmitting well

  • check the device power and internet connection, verify the device LED status on the telemetry.
  • After a minute from power up the green LED have to blink, if not take the SIM card out and check the connection on a mobile phone.
  • if it works please update (requires a stable telemetry internet connection) the telemetry at the latest firmware version connecting to the telemetry wifi network, clicking on PoweronBridge configure button and navigate to the update tab. Follow the procedure as many times it requires to reach the latest version.
  • If the previous steps are not working please download the Offline telemetry updater software from https://t1.powerontelemetry.it and update the module to the latest firmware version

Connection error or firewall issue
Connection error on your side or firewall issue, please provide a better connection

Telemetry is NOT sending data
The telemetry is not working

  • check the device power and internet connection
  • verify the device LED status on the telemetry after a minute from power up.
  • When it works please update it to the latest version
    • the green LED have to blink, if not take the SIM card out and check the connection on a mobile phone.
    • remove the PIN from the SIM, check the APN of the operator.
    • IT HAS TO BE THE ORIGINAL APN, NOT THE APN OF THE ROAMING OPERATOR.
    • if it works please update (requires a stable telemetry internet connection) the telemetry at the latest firmware version connecting to the telemetry wifi network, clicking on PoweronBridge configure button and navigate to the update tab. Follow the procedure as many times it requires to reach the latest version.
    • If the previous steps are not working please download the Offline telemetry updater software from https://t1.powerontelemetry.it and update the module to the latest firmware version

The system has encountered an unknown error, please reboot your PC and your routers

The system has encountered a SYSTEM error, check the port and interface configuration of this License the selected UDP port (WD server) have to be usable on the selected interaface, the interface has to be active and the port between 1000 and 65000. Verify that the port is not blocked by antivirus or firewall, you have the permission to stream data on it, no othe istances of poweron bridge are running, restart the application, reboot the pc.
